This redesign was more than a simple face-lift on an existing web property. Fresh on the heels of a brand refresh, this site featured sophisticated, fully tracked lead funnels which interfaced with live back-end data to route quote requests to an online rater or to a nearby office which also wrote the line of business the lead was looking for, which was highly dependant on what agent was available at what office on any particular day.
